The Scallywags are a brand new 14U girls' fastpitch program. We don't have a banner to hang yet, no trophies in the case, no nostalgia to lean on. What we have is a roster of players who showed up to tryouts hungry, a coaching staff that's done this before, and an identity we believe in.
You'll hear us talk about three things all year: scrap, prep, and pride. Scrap means we don't give an at-bat away. Prep means we know the situation before the pitch. Pride means we play for the patch on the front of the jersey, not the name on the back.
